History is about to be made in Las Vegas.
Thai superstar Lalisa Manoban of Blackpink, is poised to become the first K-pop artist ever to mount a full residency on the famed Strip.
The groundbreaking run, titled “Viva La Lisa,” will take place at Caesars Palace, with performances scheduled at its iconic Colosseum theater on November 13 and 14, as well as November 27 and 28.
The venue itself has long been associated with global music legends, making Lisa’s entry into its roster all the more significant—not just for her career, but for K-pop’s expanding global footprint.
Lisa’s milestone residency arrives at a time when her individual star power is at an all-time high.
Fresh off the release of her debut solo album “Alter Ego,” she has been steadily carving out a distinct identity beyond her group work. She also recently stepped into acting with a role in the hit series "The White Lotus," further showcasing her versatility as a performer.
Even as she shines on her own, Lisa remains an integral part of Blackpink alongside Jennie, Jisoo, and Rosé. The group recently dropped their extended play “Deadline” and completed a global tour of the same name, which included a massive stop at the Philippine Arena before wrapping up in Hong Kong earlier this year.
Adding to the momentum, a documentary produced by Sue Kim is currently in development, chronicling a pivotal year in Lisa’s life as she and her bandmates pursued solo ventures.
