De Venecia urges reflection this Holy Week

DAGUPAN CITY – Pangasinan Rep. Gina de Venecia has urged Filipinos to pause and reflect on the true meaning of Holy Week.

In a message, De Venecia highlighted the passion, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ as the “greatest testament of love and sacrifice.”

De Venecia encouraged the faithful to turn away from sin and renew their spiritual commitment.

She called on the people embrace forgiveness, humility, and service to others and stressed the importance of unity and love during this sacred season.

The Pangasinan lawmaker expressed hope that the observance of Holy Week would bring Filipinos closer to God and strengthen families through peace and grace.
