CAMP VICENTE LIM, Laguna – The Police Regional Office 4-A has placed all personnel on full alert for the Holy Week.
Police Brig. Gen. Hansel Marantan, PRO 4-A director, said they are ready to ensure public safety in the region.
He said the anticipated influx of travelers, pilgrims, and tourists during the observance requires maximum police visibility and preparedness.
Marantan underscored the importance of sacrifice among personnel, stating that they must be willing to “inconvenience themselves for the convenience of others” in fulfilling their duty to serve and protect.
Marantan awarded personnel with exemplary performance and pushed a strengthened merit-based reward system within PRO 4-A. He said recognizing exemplary performance not only boosts morale but also drives continued excellence and professionalism in their ranks.
He ordered personnel to maintain cleanliness and orderliness within this camp as discipline begins in one’s surroundings and reflects the organization’s overall standards.
Marantan recognized women personnel of the PRO 4-A on Women’s Month. “To every woman who fought, loved, dreamed, and endured, your strength is beautiful, your voice matters, and your light shines bright. Thank you for being you today, tomorrow, and always.”
