Tony's journey back to Manila involved a multi-leg route: an Etihad flight to Abu Dhabi, a connecting flight to Hong Kong, and finally a Philippine Airlines (PAL) flight to the Philippines.
The itinerary unraveled when his Hong Kong connecting flight was suddenly canceled, leaving him stranded mid-journey.
In a candid video update, a visibly exhausted Tony told fans that the earliest available flight to Hong Kong wouldn’t be until March 30.
"In a shocking turn of events, my connecting flight just got canceled... As of right now, I'm currently stuck in Abu Dhabi. I just want to get home," he said.
Even as he focused on getting home to his family and fulfilling work commitments, Tony used the experience as a platform to warn others about the realities of traveling during uncertain times.
With flight schedules and travel regulations remaining unpredictable worldwide, Tony’s message to fans was straightforward: "Huwag muna mag-travel." (Don’t travel for now.)
He stressed that the anxiety of being stranded abroad — facing days of uncertainty with no clear way home — simply isn’t worth it unless travel is absolutely unavoidable.
On Saturday night, March 28, CreaZion Studios Artists confirmed that Tony had finally arrived safely in Manila.
