BPI to hold 2026 Annual Stockholders' Meeting

Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) will hold its Annual Stockholders' Meeting on April 20, 2026 (Monday) virtually. Time, website, and details to participate are listed here.

Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) will hold its Annual Stockholders’ Meeting on April 20, 2026 (Monday) at 9:00 AM. The meeting will be conducted virtually via https://conveneagm.com/ph/BPI2026ASM. Stockholders of record as of February 27, 2026 are eligible to attend and vote.

Those who wish to join the meeting online should notify the Bank by email on or before April 10, 2026. Voting may be done electronically, in absentia, or by proxy. Full details on how to participate and vote will be provided in the Information Statement.

Stockholders who prefer to vote by proxy should submit their completed proxy forms and voting instructions on or before April 10, 2026 to the Office of the Corporate Secretary or via email. Proxy validation is scheduled for April 13, 2026 at 2:00 PM.
