Bad blood leads to stabbing in Pandacan, Manila; 2 women arrested

Police have arrested two women for assaulting and stabbing another woman in Barangay 843, Pandacan, Manila, on Thursday, March 26.

According to the Manila Police District (MPD), the 29-year-old victim was on her way home along Zamora Street when the two female suspects, identified as the victim's neighbors, blocked her way and immediately assaulted her.

They subsequently stabbed the victim multiple times with a knife in parts of her body before escaping.

The victim was rushed to Sta. Ana Hospital where she is recuperating from her injuries.

The suspects were arrested by the police shortly after. 

Further investigation revealed the two have a long-standing feud with the victim, prompting them to commit the crime.
