De La Salle Model United Nations set to stage upcoming 12th annual conference
The De La Salle Model United Nations (DLSMUN) is set to initiate its 12th annual conference on April 23-25 at De La Salle University-Manila.
For 12 years, DLSMUN)conference has become one of the largest, premier intercollegiate model United Nations conferences in the Philippines. The conference has drawn students from various academic institutions, both private and public, to develop future leaders globally.
Delegates are given the platform to express their perspectives on key international issues, engage in meaningful collaboration, and develop innovative solutions that leave an indelible mark beyond academic boundaries.
This year's 12th Model United Nations Conference has been devised to uphold six international committees that specialize in two socio-political issues each, which will be the focal points of debate among delegates. A press corps committee is included to emulate international press agencies.
In organizing the 12th Model United Nations conference, the Secretariat has been appointed for its impactful and memorable orchestration. Eliza Tan, as the Secretary-General, with Jasper Chua, as the Deputy Secretary-General for Internals, Raine Cuvin for Externals, and Kurt Taiño as Director General.
