CAMP COL. RAFAEL C. RODRIGUEZ, Butuan City – Police Major Jennifer S. Ometer, chief of the Regional Public Information Office-13, was among the awardees of the Gawad Pilipino Babae Ka Awards 2026 for her leadership, dedication, and meaningful contributions that uplifted communities and empowered women.

She received the citation in a ceremony in line with International Women’s Month in a hotel in Quezon City on Sunday, March 22.

Police Regional Office-13 Director Police Brig. Gen. Marcial Mariano P. Magistrado IV commended Ometer for her recognition.

Her achievement reflects dedication, integrity, and excellence in service and serves as an inspiration to all women personnel of PRO-13, Magistrado said.

“The men and women of PNP-Caraga celebrate with her in this recognition, which speaks not only of her strength but also of the quality of policewomen we have here in the region—Matatag. Makapangyarihan. Inspirasyon ng Bayan,” Magistrado said.
