SB19 and BINI are putting P-pop on the global map

Premiere P-pop groups SB19 and BINI are ready to make the Philippines proud as they take on the US in their respective international ventures later this year.

On social media, BINI congratulated SB19 after the male group announced that they would be performing at the Lollapalooza Music Festival 2026 at Grant Park in Chicago, Illinois, from July 30 to Aug. 4.

BINI wrote: "A win for @SB19Official, a win for OPM! Huge congrats on your Lollapalooza journey! From PH to the world ... mabuhay ang musikang Pilipino!"

SB19 responded, "Maraming salamat. All the best din sa Coachella nyo this April! Mabuhay ang musikang Pilipino, lagi lagi!"

BINI and SB19 have made history — becoming the first Filipino groups ever to take the stage at two of the world’s most prestigious music festivals, proving that talent knows no borders and that Filipino artists belong on the global stage.

BINI will take part in Coachella 2026, held at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California, from April 10 to 17. Also performing on the same stage are Sabrina Carpenter, Justin Bieber, and Karol G.

Other musicians joining SB19 at Lollapalooza include Jennie of BlackPink, Charli XCX, Lorde, The Smashing Pumpkins, Tate McRae, Filipino-British singer-songwriter Beabadoobee, and Olivia Dean. Some comments from top fans of SB19:
