Dump truck loaded with gravel crashes in Pasig City

Pasig City officials were forced to close a section of Eastbank Road Floodway in Barangay Manggahan after a dump truck carrying tons of gravel crashed and flipped on its side on Monday, March 16.

According to the Pasig City Public Information Office (PIO), the inner lane of the road was temporarily closed due to the incident.

Pasig Traffic and Parking Management Office (TPMO) and Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) personnel were immediately deployed on-site to clear the road of the flipped truck and its debris.

The PIO said another advisory will be released once the section of the road is declared passable to motorists.
