Aircon cleaner nabbed for robbing house in Cavite

CAVITE – Authorities arrested an employee of an air conditioning services provider in General Trias City for allegedly robbing one of their clients on Sunday, March 15.

A report from the Police Regional Office 4A identified the suspect as alias Nazario.

The initial investigation stated that the victim called the air conditioning service provider on Saturday, March 14, to have his unit cleaned.

Alias Nazario was one of the helpers who performed the service.

Early morning on Sunday, March 15, as the victim went down to his kitchen upon waking up, he saw the suspect inside his home, who reportedly pointed a knife at him.

The suspect fled from the kitchen back door, along with some of the victim’s possessions, including gadgets and cash amounting to more than P30,000.

Based on the description provided by the victim, barangay patrolling officers and investigators from the General Trias Component City Police Station (Gen. Trias CCPS) conducted a hot pursuit operation to collar the suspect.

Alias Nazario is now under the custody of Gen. Trias CCPS and is facing robbery charges.
