ILOILO CITY – The PHINMA-University of Iloilo (UI) topped the February 2026 Licensure Examination for Criminologists conducted by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).
PHINMA-UI registered a 96.76 percent passing rate, with 448 out of 463 examinees from the PHINMA-UI College of Criminal Justice Education passing the examination.
The school cited examinees for their achievement.

PHINMA-UI is known as the top criminology school in Western Visayas region.
Another criminology school in Western Visayas was among the Top 10 performing schools in the examination. University of Antique-Sibalom (UA-Sibalom) in Sibalom town was sixth with an 86.87 percent passing rate or 197 successful examinees. Two-hundred four graduates took the exam.
