President Marcos has declared special non-working days for three cities —Las Piñas, Sipalay, and Himamaylan—celebrating their respective anniversaries.
In Proclamation No. 1186, Marcos declared March 27 a special non-working day for Las Piñas City as it marks its 119th founding anniversary and 29th cityhood anniversary.
Proclamation No. 1187 declared March 31 for Sipalay City in Negros Occidental a special non-working day to celebrate its 25th charter anniversary.
The President also issued Proclamation No. 1188 declaring March 31 a special non-working day in Himamaylan City, Negros Occidental, to mark the celebration of its charter anniversary.
All proclamations were signed by Executive Secretary Ralph Recto on March 9, 2026, by authority of the President.
