Century Properties Group expands in Cavite with the launch of Cerulean Residences

The 25-hectare community brings beach-inspired amenities and over 1,200 homes to a growing Cavite corridor

Picture a home in a community with open green spaces, areas for active living, and a commercial park integrated into everyday life. Add beach-inspired amenities that bring a relaxed, seaside feel. This is the vision behind Cerulean Residences, a 25-hectare master-planned house-and-lot development in General Trias, Cavite, recently launched by Century Properties Group (CPG).
Developed by Century Limitless Corp., the premium residential arm of CPG, Cerulean Residences represents the company’s next step in delivering its “new generation real estate” vision, aimed at helping Filipino families move up and live better. Inspired by resort-style communities such as Azure Urban Resort Residences, Azure North Estate, and Acqua Private Residences, the project brings a similar water-inspired lifestyle to a horizontal community designed for modern Filipino families.

The development is located along Arnaldo Highway, about two kilometers from Governor’s Drive and three kilometers from Aguinaldo Highway, with access to the upcoming Cavite–Laguna Expressway. It is also close to key industrial and commercial areas in General Trias and nearby cities such as Dasmariñas, Tanza, Trece Martires, and Carmona, with links to CAVITEX and major routes leading to Laguna, Muntinlupa, and Parañaque.
Julienne Cruz, group head and VP for Corporate Communications and Marketing, said the development reflects the company’s approach to creating homes that respond to the needs of present-day homeowners. “As we introduce Cerulean Residences, we reaffirm Century Properties Group’s commitment to building what we call new generation real estate—homes that evolve with the needs of today’s families, thoughtfully blending lifestyle, functionality, and long-term value.”
She also noted how growing demand outside Metro Manila continues to influence new residential developments. “The sustained demand for horizontal communities in high-growth provincial areas shows that more Filipinos are ready to move forward in their homeownership journey. With well-designed spaces, integrated amenities, and a strategic location, we are creating more than just houses—we are giving families the opportunity to truly move up and live better.”

More than 1,200 homes are planned at Cerulean Residences, including several two-storey models such as The Marina townvillas and The Coral single-attached homes, designed with practical layouts for families. The community will also feature a central amenity area with spaces for leisure and water-themed attractions, along with a commercial area offering retail and everyday services.
With its mix of amenities, green spaces, and strong connectivity to key growth areas in Cavite, Cerulean Residences offers a community designed for everyday living. The project also underscores Century Properties Group’s expansion beyond Metro Manila and its focus on building communities that support the evolving needs of Filipino families.
