Get the Dior 'Parisian girl' look: Fresh, luminous beauty from the fall-winter 2026 show

Peter Philips reveals the beauty secrets behind radiant skin, soft eye definition, and naturally glossy lips

Fresh, radiant, and simple yet slightly sensual—just how effortlessly chic French girls are. This mood was on full display at the recent Dior fall-winter 2026–2027 ready-to-wear collection. The beauty look reflected the elegance long associated with the maison.
For the runway presentation designed by Jonathan Anderson, Dior Makeup creative and image director Peter Philips created a look that’s modern and easy. He focused on a fresh complexion, subtly defined eyes, and luminous lips. The result was a beauty aesthetic he described as light and nonchalant—“in ‘Parisian girl’ style.”
Fresh skin
The look began with meticulous skin preparation. Faces were first cleansed using Dior’s Off/On Foaming Cleanser before the delicate eye area was hydrated with Dior Eye Patches. Hydrated skin was achieved with Dior Capture Le Sérum and Dior Capture Crème Fine. The complexion was then evened out with Dior Forever Skin Glow foundation and Dior Forever Skin Correct was applied for final touch-ups.
Softly defined eyes
“I wanted to obtain a line that was neither continuous nor even,” shares Peter, who used Diorshow On Stage Crayon - 099 Black on the corners of the eyes and on the waterline. “The eyebrows were structured with Diorshow On Set Brow and the Diorshow Brow Styler to create a natural effect.”
Luminous lips
Lips stay fresh and hydrated with Dior Addict Lip Maximizer in Pink 001, giving just the right amount of delicate shine. This complemented the luminous skin and understated eyes, reinforcing the effortless mood of the look.
Finishing touches
Hair and nails stayed true to how chic Parisians are. Peter instructed, “Nails were transparent and natural following a treatment routine using Dior Huile Abricot, then Dior Base Vernis and Dior Nail Glow.” The hairstyle followed the same philosophy—neat yet slightly undone, styled with a side part, and pulled into an easy ponytail that felt both polished and relaxed.
All these elements captured Peter’s modern vision of the Dior woman—fresh-faced, understated, and effortlessly elegant. It’s a look that’s achievable in daily life with minimal effort, emphasizing healthy skin, subtle definition, and natural polish.
