Tesla has opened a new pop-up at SM Megamall, adding another public showroom space in Metro Manila and bringing the latest Model 3 RWD to a wider audience of mall-based shoppers and prospective buyers.
The rear-wheel-drive Model 3 is now one of the more accessible entry points into the Tesla range in the Philippines, with pricing starting at ₱1.838 million. Financing is available from ₱29,990 per month.
Beyond price, the updated Model 3 also gets several changes meant to improve everyday use. A new front-facing camera has been added to improve forward visibility for safety and parking, bringing the total to eight cameras supporting Tesla’s vision-based Autopilot system. Tesla has also brought back a traditional turn signal stalk, a notable change for ease of use in daily driving.
The updated Model 3 also gets new matte-black front and rear badges. Tesla also says the Long Range All-Wheel Drive variant now offers up to 660 km of range, while the Performance variant is rated at up to 571 km.
Also on display at SM Megamall is the latest Model Y, which gets black headliners and a 16-inch touchscreen. Together, the two vehicles give visitors a closer look at the current Tesla lineup being pushed in the local market.
The SM Megamall pop-up will run until March 29. Tesla also maintains customer touchpoints through Tesla Center BGC and its Alabang Town Center pop-up store.
