Public warned vs receiving messages from OVP's unofficial email address

The Office of the Vice President (OVP) has advised the public against receiving messages coming from different email addresses.
In a statement, the OVP said its only official email address is: [email protected].
"Any correspondence coming from other email addresses or platforms is not connected with nor authorized by the OVP," it said, without adding further information about its advisory.
"The public is advised to exercise caution and report any suspicious communications claiming to represent the Office," it added.
