Women's Month dishes and desserts take the spotlight at Newport World Resorts
Buffets, cakes, cocktails, and special menus highlight culinary offerings across the integrated resort

Food and drink take center stage at Newport World Resorts this March as the property marks Women’s Month with special dishes, desserts, buffets and cocktails across its hotels and restaurants.
Among the highlights is the Women’s Month Buffet at Yawaragi of Hotel Okura Manila, scheduled for March 8 during lunch from noon to 3 p.m. The buffet, priced at P2,500++ per person, features dishes created by women chefs including Sous Chef Matet Projimo’s baked mackerel with burrata cheese and Senior Pastry Chef Vi Serrano’s special ginataang halo-halo.
At Hilton Manila, desserts and cocktails lead the celebration. The hotel presents a lavender berry whole cake priced at P2,400 nett and a mini cake for P450 nett. Signature drinks include the Rose Chamomile Spritzer at Madison Lounge and Bar, the Fiery Lady at Port Bar and the Tropical Summer at Freestyle Pool Bar, each available for P500 nett.
Meanwhile, Sheraton Manila Hotel offers the Mimosa Cake priced at P1,580 nett at the Pinas Muna Hub as part of its “Pinas Muna Signatures for Her” offering throughout March.
At Manila Marriott Hotel, Marriott Café hosts a Women’s Month dinner buffet on March 8 with unlimited selections priced at P1,800 nett per person. The restaurant will also serve House of Brown Californian wines, with glasses priced at P488 nett and bottles at P1,988.
At Casa Buenas, the celebration continues with Paraiso Glow, a pineapple and peach cocktail blended with cranberry and fresh grape flavors priced at P280 nett and available until April 30.
Evenings also bring special events at The Whisky Library, which holds Ladies’ Night every Wednesday from 9 p.m. to 1:30 a.m., offering unlimited drinks from a selection of classic and frozen cocktails. Guests may also craft their own “Tonic Temptress” from a lineup of gins, tonics and botanicals priced at P1,200 nett.
Dining options extend to Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill Philippines, where the 48-Minute Lunch Express Menu is available Mondays to Fridays from noon to 5 p.m. The menu features dishes such as braised New Zealand lamb shoulder and slow-roasted pork belly, followed by desserts including salted peanut butter mousse or house-made cannoli. The set is priced at P1,488 for two dishes or P2,488 for three dishes with a complimentary drink.
Beyond dining, the integrated resort’s Women’s Month program includes entertainment and hotel offers. Onstage, the musical Bagets The Musical runs at the Newport Performing Arts Theater until March 22. The production highlights the relationship between sons and their mothers, placing maternal strength and resilience at the center of the story.
Music also takes the spotlight with a performance by the all-female trio Tres Marias at Bar 360 on March 7. The group features Lolita Carbon of Asin, Bayang Barrios and Cooky Chua of Color It Red.
Sheraton Manila Hotel also offers stay packages during the month, including the Stay and Save promotion with up to 20 percent off for a minimum three-night stay in a Deluxe Room or Club Deluxe Room with Sheraton Club access, valid until March 31, 2026. Another option is the Stay for Breakfast package, which includes breakfast for two.
