Food takes a healthy turn at The Westin Manila as it stages its Wellness Weekend from March 13 to 15, bringing together clean-eating brands, plant-based treats and functional beverages alongside a lineup of wellness activities.
The centerpiece of the event is the Wellness Market at the hotel lobby, which runs throughout the three-day program and features homegrown brands offering vegan snacks, keto-friendly desserts, probiotic drinks and sustainable pantry staples. Entrance to the market is free, and guests who spend at least P500 at participating vendors can enter a raffle for a chance to win an overnight stay at the hotel.
The market features Lotus Activewear, offering athleisure and fitness apparel designed for a wide range of body types and lifestyles.
For matcha lovers, Matcha Bar presents premium matcha drinks and kits made from shade-grown, hand-picked tea leaves that are stone-milled using traditional techniques.
Earth Desserts brings vegan sweets including banana pudding, cookies, brownies and tablea crisps, while Keto Filipino Bakeshop offers sugar-free, low-carb cakes and pastries designed for those managing their sugar intake or following a keto lifestyle.
Low-carb breads and gluten-free baked goods come from Just Go Low Carb, a brand created after its founder was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes and sought healthier alternatives.
Functional beverages are represented by Brye & Brew, a Philippine-based company founded in 2018 that produces naturally fermented kombucha using artisanal brewing techniques.
The Vegan Grocer offers plant-based pantry staples free from meat, dairy, eggs and honey, while Croft Bulk Foods brings eco-friendly and zero-waste goods. Originating in Davao City, the store now has locations in Siargao and Metro Manila.
Visitors can also sample Ice Tropez, a low-calorie wine-based cocktail with natural aromas created by Grégoire Chaix in 2005 and inspired by the French Riviera town of Saint-Tropez.
Keto Kusina Food Products rounds out the lineup with keto-friendly pantry staples and snacks made without artificial additives.
“This Wellness Market is not only an opportunity to invest in health, but also a chance to discover brands and products which can be beneficial to your wellness journey and help you live life in balance,” said Catherine Constantino, director of operations of The Westin Manila.
The food-focused market forms part of the hotel’s broader Wellness Weekend, scheduled to coincide with World Sleep Day.
“This March 13 to 15, 2026, we’re offering a suite of multi-sensory and expert-led experiences designed to help ease your mind and body for reset and renewal,” said general manager Alexander Dietzsch. “We put together activities in honor of World Sleep Day to inspire the community to celebrate rest. It is a reminder that rest is beneficial to our health and performance. It is vital for our cognitive renewal and physical recovery.”

Among the activities is Sonic Reset on March 13, a 15-minute sound-led meditation experience developed with Dyson Philippines. Participants use Dyson OnTrac headphones designed to block external noise, while Dyson Purifier Cool units help create a more comfortable environment.
Guests staying at the hotel will also receive a Sleep Infusion Turndown paired with the hotel’s Sleep Well amenities, including lavender balm and a meditation guide designed to complement the brand’s Heavenly Bed.
On March 14, wellness practitioner Valeriya Netesa of SAHA Breath will lead a breathwork and somatic movement session paired with a tea ceremony. The class runs from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Serenade 2 on Level 3, priced at P2,500 per person.
Later that afternoon, the hotel hosts the #SleepWell Talk, a session on sleep health led by Dr. Jimmy Chang, president of the Philippine Society of Sleep Medicine. The one-hour talk is exclusive to Marriott Bonvoy guests.
The evening program features a Floating Soundbath led by Karina Dayrit of Kar in Motion, where participants relax in a poolside setting while listening to crystal singing bowls, handpan and chimes. Two sessions are scheduled at 7 p.m. and 8 p.m., priced at P2,800 per person and including an Eat Well snack.
Activities continue on March 15 with a Qigong class at the poolside led in partnership with MUNI Co-Wellness Recreational Center. The one-hour session runs from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. and costs P1,100 per person, including an Eat Well snack and fresh juice.
The weekend concludes with “Meditate with Maxene,” a sunset yoga and meditation class led by actress and wellness advocate Maxene Magalona. The session takes place from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Aire32 on the hotel’s top floor and costs P2,000 per person, including an Eat Well snack and a mocktail.
