Lipa City bizman shot dead

LIPA CITY, Batangas – A 72-year-old businessman was shot to death by a fellow businessman on Sunday afternoon, March 8, in Barangay Lodlod, this city.
Police identified the victim as Victoriano Rodelas.
Investigation said the suspect, Vevencio, 69, arrived and confronted the victim outside his house over an undisclosed reason.
A heated argument erupted during which the suspect drew a handgun and shot the victim several times in the head and arms. Rodelas died on the spot.
Responding policemen apprehended the suspect. Recovered from him was the murder weapon.
Vevencio faces appropriate cases.
