Grade 10 student found dead in public school in Taguig

A Grade 10 male student was found dead at a covered court in a public school in Taguig on March 9. 

The Taguig police reported that the body of the boy was discovered at about 6:30 a.m. at the fourth floor covered court of the school in Barangay Sough Signal, Taguig. 

The victim was a 16-year-old resident of Barangay South Signal. 

The incident was reported to the Taguig police’s Sub-station 6, which sent three police officers to the school. The responding officers secured the scene. 

Assistance was requested from the Southern Police District Forensic Unit, barangay violence against women and children desk, barangay rescue team, and Taguig City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office. The forensic team conducted technical aspects of the investigation.
