NIA chief's legal team says he has yet to receive Ombudsman complaint

In a statement sent by his personal legal team to reporters, Guillen said he will respond to the allegations once he is formally furnished with the complaint.“Administrator Guillen has yet to receive a copy of the complaint. He will respond to the allegations in the appropriate forum once he is formally furnished with a copy,” the statement read.
Guillen’s legal team added that he remains focused on his duties and expressed confidence in the country’s justice system.“He remains firmly committed to the public, especially our farmers, and has full confidence in the judicial process. He will cooperate with the Office of the Ombudsman to ensure that the truth prevails,” it added.
