CAVITE – Authorities collared three drug suspects and confiscated more than half a million worth of suspected shabu in a buy-bust operation in Dasmariñas City on the evening of Wednesday, March 4.
The Cavite Police Provincial Office (Cavite PPO) identified the suspects as alias Amo and alias Kim, both high-value individuals, and alias Isaac, a street-level individual.
The suspects were caught in the act of selling illegal drugs during the joint sting operation conducted by the Cavite PPO’s Drug Enforcement Unit and the Dasmariñas Component City Police Station.
Confiscated during the operation were more or less 75 grams of white crystalline substance, with an estimated street value of P510,000.
Alias Amo, alias Kim, and alias Isaac are now under police custody and are facing drug charges.
In a statement, Cavite PPO Director Col. Ariel A. Red said the police will continue to intensify its efforts to eradicate drugs in the province through sustained operations.
