Gunrunner falls in Quezon; 6 firearms seized

SAN ANTONIO, Quezon - Police apprehended an alleged gun runner and confiscated  undocumented firearms on Saturday morning, Feb. 28, in Barangay Pury here.
Police identified the suspect as Soni, 49.
Soni was apprehended on a search warrant for violating Republic Act No. 10591 or the Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act.
Recovered from him were three caliber .45 pistols, two caliber .38 revolvers, and one caliber 9mm pistol, magazines, and bullets.
The suspect is under police custody and faces appropriate cases.
