Man facing frustrated homicide case nabbed in Muntinlupa

A 47-year-old tricycle driver who is facing a case of frustrated homicide was arrested on March 2 in Muntinlupa City. 

Personnel of the Muntinlupa police's Warrant and Subpoena Unit apprehended alias Marlon in Katarungan Village, Barangay Poblacion, Muntinlupa .

Marlon is listed as the Southern Police District's No. 8 most wanted person. 

The police served a bench warrant issued by Presiding Judge Abraham Joseph Alcantara of the Muntinlupa Regional Trial Court Branch 204 for frustrated homicide under a case dated June 21, 2013. The court recommended no bail for the accused.

He is detained at the custodial facility of Muntinlupa City Police Station pending the return of the warrant to the court.
