Jorge L. Araneta rings in 90th birthday with family, friends, and a grand feast

Araneta Group CEO, chairman, and president Jorge L. Araneta marked his 90th birthday with a milestone celebration at his Bahay na Puti residence in Quezon City on Feb. 16, 2026. The exclusive party was attended by members of the Araneta family, Araneta Group officials, business associates, and lifelong friends and partners from both the public and private sectors.

Guests enjoyed a feast featuring dishes from the Araneta family’s restaurants, including King Crab and Prime Rib from Mamou; Prosciutto Cream Asparagus and Rigatoni alla Amado from Cibo; and Wagyu Teppanyaki, Jamón Ibérico, Cochinillo, and Char Siu Pork from World Kitchens, among others. The event was filled with fun and laughter, highlighted by a special song number from Megaworld’s Andrew Tan and capped off with a grand fireworks display.
