Phirst Park Homes sets foot in Mindanao's real estate market

In its first venture in Mindanao, Phirst Park Homes offers affordable housing to first-time homebuyers in General Santos City

Riding high from its string of property developments from Luzon to Visayas, Phirst Park Homes Inc. (PPHI) formally enters the real estate market in Mindanao with the grand launch of Phirst Park Homes Gen San on February 21, 2026. Located in Baluan, General Santos City, the 23.7-hectare horizontal development targets to deliver more than 2,400 housing units to the affordable segment of homebuyers.
The project seals Phirst’s growth strategy of expanding its operations nationwide. From Luzon, the developer ventured to Bacolod City in 2024, then to General Santos, also known as the home of champions, for their first-ever project in Mindanao that will soon be followed by another housing development in Tagum next year.

With an estimated value of P5.3 billion and a budgeted capital expenditure of P3 billion, PPHI’s investments reflect its strong confidence in the city's continued growth and its commitment to addressing the housing demand in the region.
The launch event unveiled model homes and showcased an exclusive preview of community life at Phirst Park Homes Gen San. The townhouse Amani offers units with a 36 sqm floor area on typical lot areas ranging from 44 to 60 sqm, which would suit the living requirements of individuals, young couples, and starting families. Dua has more space in a 48-sqm floor area on a 77-sqm lot. With its enhanced layout flexibility and generous living spaces, the single-detached unit is well-suited to growing families who require additional sleeping areas, storage, and greater privacy.

When delivered, homeowners can expect a fully finished and move-in-ready unit, complete with fitted kitchen cabinetry, tiled floors, pre-installed plumbing and electrical connections, and a secure perimeter fence.
Located along the Sarangani-Davao del Sur coastal road, the development site is connected to the institutions, commercial centers, and recreational areas such as Baluan National High School, Lagao Public Market, General Santos Doctors Hospital, Robinsons Mall, and Em-Jake Aquawave Resort Hotel, among others.

For a convenient selling and buying experience, the developer has partnered with major banks and Pag-IBIG Fund, offering affordable downpayment and monthly amortization payment scheme. As of the launch date, 150 housing units were sold.
Phirst Gen San’s target completion date is 2030. PPHI is a subsidiary and the first-home business segment of Century Properties Group.
