Festival spirit soars at Dinagyang 2026 with colorful on-ground celebrations

GameZone brings fun to Iloilo's Dinagyang Festival 2026

The festive celebration continued as GameZone successfully held its “Game, Dinagyang” activation during the Dinagyang Festival 2026 from Jan. 22 to 25, 2026, in Iloilo City.

The festival drew both local and international audiences as the city celebrated the rich culture and traditions of the people of Panay. Amid the heavy drumbeats echoing through the streets and grand stage performances, the Dinagyang Tribes Competition took place, with participants paying homage to the indigenous Ati tribe and the Malay community through powerful performances that conveyed messages of unity and cultural pride. The event also commemorated the historic and peaceful pact between the two groups.

GameZone mounted on-ground activations, with banners displayed along the main roads and across the festival grounds where crowds gathered. The brand served as a Ruby sponsor, helping elevate the overall festival experience not only for locals but also for visiting guests.

Demonstrating its commitment to supporting local communities and preserving cultural heritage, DigiPlus, together with GameZone, strengthened its presence throughout the festival. The brands engaged audiences through banners, local media placements, on-ground activities, and online initiatives, reaching both local and international audiences in celebration of culture and community.
