Bomb threat disrupts operations in Quezon City Hall of Justice
Employees and guests evacuated the Quezon City Hall of Justice after receiving a bomb threat on Friday morning, Feb. 27.
According to the Quezon City Police District (QCPD), the clerk in charge received a text message regarding an allege bomb threat at around 8:48 a.m.
The QCPD Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Unit conducted panelling and sweeping operations within the building.
Authorities reported at around 11:05 a.m. that no hazardous materials and no explosive devices were found.
Meanwhile, coordination with the Quezon City District Anti-Cybercrime Team (QCDACT) was initiated to identify the sender of the text messages.
