Traditional closed-off workplaces are becoming outdated as employees look for hybrid and flexible setups that help them focus better. A 2026 Asia Pacific report by Colliers found that 82 percent of Philippine organizations are adopting hybrid models, with 32 percent planning workplace upgrades and flexible spaces projected to account for 30 percent of commercial real estate by 2030. In response, International Workplace Group (IWG), the world’s largest flexible workspace platform with brands such as Spaces and Regus, is launching six new centers in the Philippines.
All six are scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2026, part of IWG’s plan to roll out 29 new locations nationwide and expand its network to 76 centers by year-end. Globally, the company operates more than 5,000 locations across 121 countries and opened more sites in the first half of 2025 than it did in its first decade, with its network now exceeding one million rooms. In the Philippines alone, IWG has signed more than 100 locations to date, including sites in Novaliches, Imus, Marikina, Caloocan, and Panglao, reflecting continued growth and the shift toward flexible work models.

The new centers will feature co-working spaces, private offices, and fully equipped meeting rooms, giving businesses of all sizes wider access to flexible workspaces across the country. The locations include Spaces Calle Industria in Quezon City; Spaces The Stiles Enterprise Plaza and HQ Kalayaan Building in Makati City; Regus E-Square Mall in San Juan City; Regus i2 Building in Cebu City; and Regus Island Central Mactan in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu.
Marc Descrozaille, CEO Middle-East, Africa and Asia Pacific at IWG PLC, said the rollout aligns with the rising demand for flexible work solutions in the Philippines. “We are expanding our presence across the Philippines with six new centers this quarter, at a time when flexible and platform working is becoming the default model for companies of all sizes. Our model not only supports better work-life balance and improves employee satisfaction, but also helps businesses boost productivity, scale efficiently, and manage costs, all while giving teams access to thousands of professional locations around the world.”

Rowena Bravo-Natividad, country manager for IWG Philippines, added that the expansion is designed to bring high-quality, accessible office spaces closer to where people live and work. “We’re excited to bring six new IWG centers to key cities across the Philippines. Our goal is to provide businesses of all sizes with flexible, fully equipped workspaces that make hybrid working seamless and productive. These openings reflect the growing demand for high-quality office solutions, and we’re proud to offer work environments that are professional, adaptable, and close to where people live.”
IWG follows a capital-light model, partnering with local property owners to convert underused spaces into flexible work environments. The group operates thousands of locations in more than 120 countries through its app-based platform, added 899 partner sites in 2024, and serves 83 percent of Fortune 500 companies worldwide. As companies continue to rethink where and how work happens, the expansion in the Philippines positions IWG to meet growing demand for flexible, accessible, and scalable workspace solutions across the country.
