This Friday, Feb. 27, acclaimed singer-songwriter and actor Ice Seguerra returns to a stage that has long been part of his story. It is a return to a space that once marked major milestones, now reclaimed as a stage for reflection, gratitude, and evolution.
More than just another major concert, Being Ice: LIVE! is a symbolic return. Cubao holds a special place in Ice’s story. It is where his career took root, where audiences first embraced his voice, and where countless milestones unfolded. Coming full circle at New Frontier Theatre, this show serves as both a tribute to that beginning and a testament to how far he has come.
The concert also coincides with the release of his newest single, Ikaw Ang Wakas, from his upcoming EP, Tamang Panahon. The single offers a fresh yet unmistakably Ice sound: reflective, heartfelt, and emotionally resonant, giving fans a glimpse into the next chapter of his artistry.
Marking a major milestone in Ice's career, the concert also celebrates the 25th anniversary of his timeless hit, Pagdating ng Panahon. A defining anthem that has become deeply woven into the Filipino musical landscape, the song’s silver anniversary will be honored with a special performance that pays tribute not only to its legacy but to the journey it helped shape, a moment poised to be among the most emotional highlights of the night.
Sharing the stage for this milestone celebration is a powerhouse lineup of special guests who have each played meaningful roles in Ice’s story. Legendary trio Tito Sotto, Vic Sotto, and Joey de Leon — collectively known as TVJ — will appear together as concert guests for the first time ever, adding historic weight to the evening.
They are joined by respected OPM artists Frenchie Dy, Kyla, Nyoy Volante, Princess Velasco, and Concert Queen Pops Fernandez. Together, they form a deeply personal roster of collaborators, mentors, and peers, artists whose presence underscores the relationships, milestones, and shared history that have defined Ice Seguerra’s enduring career.
Audiences can look forward to a thoughtfully curated setlist blending beloved classics with new material, woven together by Ice’s signature storytelling and authenticity. Known for performances that are intimate yet grand in emotional impact, Ice continues to prove why he remains one of OPM’s most enduring artists.
