The look and location of a development are always important when choosing your next home. But you know that there’s something even more meaningful, a space that genuinely prioritizes your wellbeing. Today, luxury goes beyond size and finishes, focusing on clean air, quality sleep, and a home that supports both work and rest. This concept sits at the core of Megaworld’s Santé Residences Palawan.
Launched and presented to the media at Casa Buenas in Newport City on February 9, 2026, the 14-story residential tower rises within the 462-hectare ecotourism community of Paragua Coastown. It is the first WELL-registered residential development in the Philippines recognized by the International WELL Building Institute, an evidence-based standard focused on optimizing buildings across 10 areas, including air, water, light, and overall well-being. Santé Residences Palawan is also Megaworld’s third residential project in Paragua Coastown, following Paragua Beach Village and Oceanfront Premier Residences.
Beyond residential offerings, two 11-story hotels—Savoy Hotel Palawan and Paragua Sands Hotel—are also under construction within the township, adding a combined 617 rooms to support tourism growth. These developments further position San Vicente as an emerging sustainable tourism destination, anchored by the 15-kilometer-long beach, the longest white sand beach in the country.
During the launch, keynote speakers Arch. Kenneth Uy, senior partner and vice president at Visionarch; Arch. Delano Marzo, assistant vice president of Visionarch; Harvie De Baron, head nutrition coach of Baron Method; Arch. Rachel Ang, architect and design manager at Megaworld; and Francis Anthony Uy, founder and CEO of FAMU Consultancy, shared insights on the property’s design, green initiatives, and nutrition-focused approach.
Health is indeed wealth, with true luxury defined by clean air, quality sleep, and overall well-being. Javier Romeo Abustan, head of sales and marketing of Megaworld Palawan, echoed this sentiment, saying, “We understood how important it is to create spaces that are truly sustainable for the long term. In the end, nothing matters more than your health. At Santé Residences Palawan, wellness is where your life begins.”
Inspired by San Vicente’s tropical landscape, Santé Residences Palawan integrates biophilic design and angled balcony pods that open to wide views of Pagdanan Bay and the surrounding forests, supporting relaxation and overall well-being. Complementing this connection to nature are purpose-built wellness amenities on the second-level deck, including a Halotherapy center for salt therapy, a Verve Studio fitness hub, a quiet lounge for rest, a hydro-kinetic pool and outdoor meditation space for recovery, and the Santé Botanique Garden, a green space that promotes sustainable living and mindful eating.
The development will offer 460 units in various layouts, from studios to three-bedroom bi-level units ranging from 32.50 to 179.50 square meters, all designed with private balconies. Each unit will also feature a wireless smart home system accessible through a dedicated app, allowing residents to control lighting, air, and temperature settings to support daily comfort and overall well-being.
In the end, Santé Residences Palawan highlights what truly matters in a home. Beyond location and design, it offers a residential community focused on health, sustainability, and long-term comfort, with wellness integrated into everyday living.
