Fallen debris hit e-trike driver in Manila

An e-trike driver was injured after debris from a dilapidated building fell on him along Recto Avenida in Manila on Wednesday, Feb. 25.

The driver was rushed by the Manila Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO) to the hospital to receive further medical treatment.

Meanwhile, a section of the road where the building stands was temporarily closed to motorists and pedestrians to prevent the incident from happening again.

City officials launched a clearing operation of the fallen debris.
