Filipino food creator Abi Marquez, widely known as the Lumpia Queen and managed by NYMA Talent Management, is featured in Being Gordon Ramsay, the recently released Netflix documentary series following world-renowned chef Gordon Ramsay during a pivotal period of expansion in his career.
In Episode 4, Abi is seen being interviewed by the Netflix documentary team following her collaboration with Ramsay, offering insight into the experience and reflecting on the exchange between cultures, techniques, and perspectives in the kitchen. Being Gordon Ramsay documents Gordon in the lead-up to the opening of five new restaurant concepts inside 22 Bishopsgate, one of London’s tallest buildings.
