Katseye's Manon to go on hiatus for health, wellbeing
Girl group Katseye member Manon Bannerman will be taking a break from group activities for her health and wellbeing.
“After open and thoughtful conversations together, we are sharing that Manon will be taking a temporary hiatus from group activities to focus on her health and wellbeing,” HYBE and Geffen Records announced on Feb. 20 on the Weverse fan community platform.
They added, “We fully support this decision. Katseye remains committed to showing up for one another and for the fans who mean everything to us. The group will continue scheduled activities during this time, and we look forward to being together again when the time is right.”
“Thank you to our Eyekons for your continued love, patience, and understanding,” they said.
Katseye debuted in 2024 with members Manon, Sophia Laforteza, Daniela Avanzini, Lara Raj, Megan Skiendiel, and Yoonchae Jeung.
Katseye got two nominations at the 68th Annual Grammy Awards for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance and Best New Artist.
They won Push Performance of the Year for "Touch" at the 2025 MTV Video Music Awards.
