From a casino-led destination to a nature-led estate, Hann Resorts is extending its portfolio into a very different environment from Hann Casino Resort in Pampanga while keeping the same spirit of play. Hann Reserve is an eco-luxury lifestyle estate in New Clark City, Tarlac, built around open land, golf, wellness, education, and residences. The contrast is deliberate: one is a compact, high-activity resort in Clark, while the other is a wide, open estate in New Clark City, yet both remain part of one connected experience.
To introduce the project, Hann Resorts held “Bold Horizons: A New Era of Integrated Lifestyle,” a media briefing at Manila House in January. The 450-hectare development marks the group’s next phase of integrated living, guided by the philosophy “Greatness, by Nature.” Planned to work with the land, the estate preserves open spaces and natural contours while combining championship golf, wellness facilities, education spaces, and residential communities within one setting. The presentation was led by Agnes “Neki” Liwanag, vice president for real estate and property development of Hann Philippines, Inc., and Tim Neil, general manager of Hann Reserve.

Scheduled to open in March, Liwanag noted that the project represents a strategic next phase centered on sustainable, well-planned growth rooted in place. “Building on what we have achieved in Clark, Hann Reserve represents the next phase of our growth—one that is grounded in sustainability, long-term planning, and a deep understanding of the place,” she said.
Expanding on this, Tim Neil described the project as the group’s most nature-focused development. The estate is planned to work with the land by preserving open spaces and natural contours instead of reshaping them, bringing together championship golf, wellness amenities, education facilities, and residential areas in one integrated setting designed to meet international standards while staying connected to its surroundings.
“Something we always talk about internally is that we’re not here to replicate. We’re here to reinvent. We’re trying to create quality golf at the highest level, with something for multiple groups of consumers, whether that’s for wellness, the PGA village, or three courses of a standard that isn’t currently available, not just in the Philippines but also in Southeast Asia.”
Golf anchors Hann Reserve’s master plan, with three championship courses designed by Nicklaus Design, K.J. Choi, and Sir Nick Faldo. Phase 1 this year introduces the Dragon Landing Golf Course by Jack Nicklaus, the Golf and Country Club, and the first phase of the public park, followed by the Six Moons Golf Course by K.J. Choi in 2027 and, in the succeeding years, the Caverns Deep Golf Course by Sir Nick Faldo alongside the second and third phases of the public park. The estate will also house a PGA Performance Center and PGA Village in partnership with the PGA of America, forming a training and education hub.
Neil said the collaboration enables structured learning programs, including student-athlete pathways linked to the planned international school, supporting both aspiring professionals and careers within the golf industry while helping raise playing standards and position the Philippines as a stronger golf destination in Asia. Beyond golf, future phases include retail and golf entertainment spaces, an international school, and the first phase of its residences, including golf residences and an integrated resort, alongside wellness and everyday recreation areas for residents and visitors.

Going all-in on the Hann experience
Hann Resorts develops integrated leisure environments in the Philippines, built around the idea that recreation should feel effortless and everyday. Its flagship property, Hann Casino Resort, the 11-hectare flagship property and the first fully integrated resort in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga and the first integrated resort in Central Luzon, supports regional tourism and employment while combining hospitality, dining, retail, and entertainment in one address. The complex hosts international hotel brands Marriott and Swissotel alongside the homegrown Widus, plus a mix of restaurants, cafés, bars with live entertainment, and retail spaces that encourage guests to move freely between experiences.
In December, the casino broadened its footprint to 1.2 hectares, adding around 584 slot machines and three table games together with new dining venues. The Canyon functions as a day-to-night social space, shifting from a coffee destination into a café-winery atmosphere, while Three Woks presents East Asian comfort dishes inspired by Chinese, Japanese, and Korean flavors. Pearl, set within the VIP gaming area, offers a quieter fine-dining environment, completing an expansion aimed at balancing the resort’s high-energy gaming floor with more relaxed places to gather.
Hann Reserve expands the brand’s focus on guest experience, moving beyond gaming to daily activities like golf, parks, learning, and wellness. While the Clark resort centers everything in one destination, New Clark City spreads it across spaces meant for longer stays and regular visits. Together, the two developments show Hann Resort’s shift from running a resort to building a lifestyle community people can keep coming back to.
