Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) General Manager Nicolas Torre III, and the organizers of the “Trillion Peso March Part III” conducted a joint walkthrough on Friday, Feb. 20, at the People Power Monument in Quezon City.
Among those present during the coordination activity were MMDA officials, Ret. Gen. Elmo San Diego, head of the Quezon City Department of Public Order and Safety (QC-DPOS), and rally organizers led by Kiko Aquino Dee.
Authorities confirmed that the group has secured a permit for the February 25 demonstration.
Of the five groups that applied to hold rallies for the anniversary, only the Trillion Peso March was granted approval.
