The measures aim to ensure public safety and maintain smooth traffic flow in Mandaluyong.

The local government reminded the public to expect heavy foot and vehicle traffic around EDSA Shrine and nearby areas and encouraged motorists to allow extra travel time due to possible congestion. Motorists are also advised to use alternate routes if it is not necessary to pass through the activity area.
It also urged motorists to strictly follow the instructions of traffic enforcers from the City Traffic and Parking Management Department (CTPMD), Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA), and Eastern Police District (EPD) to ensure smooth and safe traffic flow.
They can also check the official social media pages of the Mandaluyong City Government for real-time traffic updates.
The local government ensures that the traffic management plan is closely coordinated with MMDA Eastern Command, PNP–EPD, and neighboring cities to ensure orderly, safe, and smooth traffic flow during the activities.
