Manila Hotel to host first-ever PAFTA Awards Night on Feb. 21
The Philippine Arts, Film & Television Awards (PAFTA) has revealed the winners in both the television and film categories. The first-ever awards night will take place at Manila Hotel’s Centennial Hall on Feb. 21, starting at 7 p.m., with the red carpet opening at 6 p.m.

PAFTA is composed of Dr. Billy James Uy (Chairman of the Board), Teresita Tolentino Pambuan (President & Founder), Christina U. Aliada (Executive Vice President), Charlemagne Arceta (Vice President), Atty. Jocelyn Reyala (Corporate Secretary), Jenalyn Aliada (Secretary), Rafy Gellang (Treasurer), Edward Ralph Santos (Auditor), and Nico Lizardo (PRO).
The mission of PAFTA is to reward excellence, recognize individual distinction and advance the creative and cultural life of the country by celebrating outstanding achievements in film, television, theater, modeling and performing arts.
PAFTA also recognizes significant contributions to cultural leadership, public service and philanthropy. It also honors individuals and institutions whose work inspires communities and strengthens the nation.
