Filinvest Land, Inc. (FLI) has further strengthened its position as a top industrial developer in the Philippines with the official PEZA designation of Filinvest Innovation Park – Ciudad de Calamba (FIPC) as a Special Economic Zone, through Presidential Proclamation No. 1113.
This achievement reinforces FLI's commitment to developing world-class, sustainable industrial ecosystems that support global and local businesses. The 25-hectare FIPC, located in Barangays Bubuyan and Punta in Calamba City, Laguna, is now part of the Philippines' PEZA-registered ecozones, making it a prime location for export-oriented manufacturers and logistics companies.
The PEZA status offers qualified locators fiscal and non-fiscal incentives, including income tax holidays, special corporate income tax rates, and streamlined import-export procedures, providing a competitive edge for businesses seeking operational efficiency and growth.
Francis Ceballos, Senior Vice President of Filinvest Land and Head of Industrial & Logistics, highlighted, “This designation affirms Filinvest Land’s leadership in industrial development and our commitment to building globally competitive estates for modern enterprises.”
FIPC’s strategic location in Calamba, a key industrial hub in Southern Luzon, ensures easy access to Metro Manila, major expressways, and vital logistics gateways. Its integration within the Filinvest Ciudad de Calamba township guarantees reliable infrastructure and long-term estate management.
The new ecozone status strengthens the Filinvest Innovation Parks network, which also includes the Filinvest Innovation Park in New Clark City, positioning Filinvest Land as a leader in the country’s industrial transformation and economic growth.
