Fire hits Indian curry restaurant in Alabang

The fire at the Royal Indian Curry House in Filinvest Alabang, Muntinlupa, on Feb. 16 (Muntinlupa City Department of Disaster Resilience and Management)
Fire damaged an Indian curry restaurant in Alabang, Muntinlupa, shortly before 5 a.m. on Feb. 16.
The Muntinlupa City Fire Station reported that the fire hit the Royal Indian Curry House in Filinvest Alabang at 4:48 a.m.
The first alarm was raised at 4:53 a.m. before the blaze was put out by firefighters at 6:08 a.m.
The fire destroyed the second floor of the establishment, damaging P16 million worth of properties.
The origin and cause of the fire are under investigation.
A total of four fire trucks, six fire volunteers, three water tankers, an ambulance and a rescue vehicle responded to the incident.
