Tea brand Chagee has opened a new branch at National University-Mall of Asia, strengthening its presence in the Philippines with a location that places the brand close to one of the country’s largest student communities and a high-traffic commercial hub.
The opening, held from Feb. 5 to 7, 2026, featured the brand’s signature Tear & Win promotion, where customers could purchase drinks in special cups containing prizes ranging from merchandise to major giveaways. The new store carries Chagee’s complete tea menu, including best-sellers such as BO·YA Jasmine Green Milk Tea and Da Hong Pao Milk Tea, and operates daily from morning until late evening.
Situated within the National University-Mall of Asia area, the branch reflects the company’s strategy of locating stores near schools, offices, and lifestyle destinations where younger consumers and frequent mall-goers naturally converge. The setting positions Chagee as an accessible everyday option for students looking for quick breaks between classes, casual meetups or study sessions over tea.
The National University branch also marks the brand’s 11th store in the country, underscoring its steady expansion since entering the Philippine market. Chagee has built a reputation around fresh milk teas made with whole-leaf tea bases, appealing to consumers who prefer stronger tea flavor profiles alongside modern presentation.
The brand’s growth in the Philippines mirrors the increasing demand for specialty tea concepts that blend premium ingredients with experience-driven store launches. By pairing promotional campaigns with new openings, Chagee continues to turn each expansion into a social event, drawing both loyal customers and curious first-timers.
