The Pasay City government has launched a “Love Notes” activity at the City Hall as part of its Valentine’s Day celebration, and invited everyone to write sweet messages and creative pick-up lines for their loved ones.
Pasay City Mayor Emi Calixto-Rubiano said participants may post their handwritten “kilig” notes on the Love Notes Bulletin Board located at the lobby of the Pasay City Hall.
Rubiano said the initiative aims to encourage everyone to express love in all its forms while fostering positivity in the community.
The Mayor’s Office will select the most charming and “kilig”-worthy entries, with winners set to receive special prizes, including teddy bears and other gifts.
Rubiano said the activity highlights the value of heartfelt words, noting that sometimes, the simplest messages can be the most meaningful this Valentine’s Day.
