At Discovery Boracay, the season brings a selection of dining experiences designed for different types of celebrations.
Sands Restaurant hosts a Vietnamese buffet by guest chef Thy Thy Chin of Can We Pho, available on Feb. 13 and 14 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., priced at P1,999+ per person. Born and raised in Vietnam, Chef Thy Thy presents family recipes passed down from her mother, one of the pioneers at Ben Thanh Market. Now based in the Philippines, she offers Vietnamese classics that reflect the flavors of home.
Indigo Restaurant offers a beachfront Valentine’s dinner on Feb. 13 and 14, 2026, where couples may choose between Sous-Vide Local Sea Bass Medallions with calamansi beurre blanc or Char-Grilled USDA Beef Tenderloin with potato fondant, glazed baby vegetables, and roasted bone marrow with black garlic beef jus. The dinner is priced at P5,800+ per couple.
Forno Osteria presents a surf and turf Valentine’s dinner on Feb. 13 and 14, 2026, priced at P4,999+ per couple, offering an Italian-inspired option suited for couples who prefer heartier dishes.
Beyond dining, Terra Wellness Spa offers a 180-minute treatment called Terra for Two, available throughout February. The experience includes a salt scrub, Terra’s Touch Massage, and a Traditional Thai Foot Massage. The treatment is priced at P10,800 nett for two persons.
At Discovery Coron, the Valentine’s program centers on unhurried moments by the sea, with curated dining experiences emphasizing quality time.
Guests may choose from three Valentine’s menus: My Love at P3,100++ per person, Sweetheart at P2,600++ per person, or Soulmate at P2,100++ per person. Main course options include Beef Tenderloin prepared as a surf or turf dish with red wine jus, garlic potato purée, garlic sabayon, and seasonal vegetables. A vegetarian Wild Mushroom Risotto with parmesan crisp and truffle oil is also available. Couples may also arrange a private beachfront dining setup for an additional P5,000.
Sinag Restaurant highlights Filipino cuisine through two Valentine’s set menus. Set A, Aking Iniirog, priced at P2,680++ per person, features dishes such as Corned Beef Kare Kare or Tanigue Flakes Adobo. Set B, Aking Sinta, at P1,730++ per person, includes options such as Nilasing na Hipon or Beef Steak Tagalog. Both sets begin with Manggang Hilaw Ensalada and Chicken Bacon Roulade, followed by Sinigang na Trio, and are served with a choice of vegetables, Steamed Pandan Rice, and dessert selections including Leche Flan or Pudding Ala Mode.
