Pasay cops seize P170K worth of shabu, 2 suspects arrested
Two drug suspects, including a former live-in partner of a so-called “ninja cop” and a former barangay official, were arrested during a buy-bust operation that resulted in the seizure of P170,000 worth of shabu.
Pasay City Police Chief Col. Joselito De Sesto identified the suspects as Rose, 40, and Raul, 53, both tagged as high-value individuals. They were arrested at the parking area of a McDonald’s branch along F.B. Harrison corner Villaruel Streets in Pasay City.

De Sesto said members of the Regional Police Drug Enforcement Unit coordinated with the Southern Police District Drug Enforcement Unit, the Pasay City Police Station Drug Enforcement Unit, and the Arnaiz Substation in conducting the buy-bust operation that led to the arrest of the suspects.
Police recovered approximately 25 grams of shabu valued at P170,000, along with the buy-bust money.
The suspects are currently detained at the Pasay City Police custodial facility and will face charges for violation of Section 5 (Sale of Dangerous Drugs), Article II of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
