Vendor wanted in Caloocan for drug possession nabbed in Las Piñas

A vendor wanted for violation of Republic Act No. 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, in Caloocan City, was arrested in Las Piñas on Feb. 6.
Las Piñas City Police Chief Col. Wilson Delos Santos identified the suspect as Marlon, 51, a vendor and resident of Bagong Barrio, Caloocan City.
He was apprehended at Verdant Acres, Barangay Pamplona 3, Las Piñas City.
Delos Santos said the suspect, who was listed as the No. 7 most wanted person, was arrested through the service of a warrant of arrest by operatives of the Warrant and Subpoena Section.
The warrant of arrest was issued on Dec. 24, 2024, by Judge Bernard R. Rosario of the Caloocan City Regional Trial Court, Branch 120, with a recommended bail of P250,000.
The suspect is currently detained at the Las Piñas City Police custodial facility pending the issuance of a commitment order from the issuing court.
