The Lindgren's Scandinavian-inspired Clubhouse breaks ground at Arden Botanical Estate

A sprawling swimming pool and dedicated co-working space are just some of the amenities residents can enjoy at GERI's premier residential village in Cavite

Megaworld subsidiary Global-Estate Resorts, Inc. (GERI), a premier developer of integrated tourism and leisure townships, has broken ground on the clubhouse inside The Lindgren located within the 151-hectare Arden Botanical Estate in Trece Martires, Cavite.
The Clubhouse at The Lindgren is designed to function as the primary social infrastructure for the 24-hectare village. It follows The Lindgren's Scandinavian design concept, incorporating pocket gardens with ornamental and edible plantings, an indoor-outdoor layout surrounded by curated gardens, and even underground utilities. The Clubhouse features a 540-square meter swimming pool, a 20-square meter sauna, collaborative workspace, gym, playground, multipurpose hall, and daycare center.
"The Clubhouse is designed to anchor community life at The Lindgren Village. This is where families will establish their daily routines—early morning swims, weekend gatherings, children's playdates—making it the permanent backdrop to residential life," says Rowena Espiritu, head of sales and marketing, GERI.
The Lindgren is one of three residential enclaves within Arden Botanical Estate. The botanical township's Arden Botanical Village, designed by landscape architect Paulo Alcazaren, emphasizes wellness programming and low-density living, while Arden Westpark Village appeals more to families seeking active recreation facilities.
The Lindgren has earned the spotlight after winning the Best Housing Landscape Design award and a Highly-Commended citation for Best Housing Development in Luzon at the PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards a few years back.
Arden Botanical Estate is highlighted by an expansive variety of gardens and natural parks. It will have its own Flower Farm, Flower Tunnel, and Children’s Garden, allowing residents and visitors to commune with nature and enjoy the bounty and beauty of Philippine flora.
The development will also be surrounded by natural rivers and organic gardens, as well as tree-lined roads and avenues, and lotus ponds. Half of the entire township is allocated for residential developments while the rest will be for commercial, institutional, recreational, and open spaces.
Aside from the generous open and green spaces around the development, Arden Botanical Estate will include other sustainability features such as the use of solar street lights, electric shuttles for transport, storm water recycling, permeable pavements for driveways and parking, and organic fertilizers and pesticides for gardens.
Megaworld has allotted P18 billion to develop Arden Botanical Estate over 15 years since its launch in 2019. The township features flower farms, themed gardens, and landscaped open spaces into its overall masterplan. The township is approximately 1.5 hours from Makati and about an hour away from the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) in Pasay City.
