Over 159 University of Caloocan board passers receive cash incentives from LGU
The City Government of Caloocan on Wednesday, Feb. 4, awarded cash incentives to 159 University of Caloocan City (UCC) board passers from various licensure examinations in 2025.
The distribution underscored UCC’s continued strong performance in national board exams, producing new professionals in the fields of accountancy, education, and psychology-related disciplines.
Among the passers were 15 Certified Public Accountants, 65 Professional Teachers, and 79 Registered Psychometricians.
Leading the group of honorees was Xian Arnel Pineda, who ranked Top 4 in the Board Licensure Examination for Psychometricians (BLEP), bringing added distinction to both the university and the city.
Mayor Dale Gonzalo “Along” Malapitan personally congratulated the board passers, commending them for bringing pride to the city.
Congratulations sa inyong lahat (The new board passers of UCC continue to prove that no dream is impossible for the Kankaloo Children. Congratulations to all of you),” he said.
I just ask that you don't forget your fellow Kankaloo students and let's work together to help them and motivate them to do better in their studies),” Mayor Malapitan added.
The city mayor reaffirmed the city government’s commitment to strengthening Caloocan’s education sector, assuring continued support for programs that benefit learners at all levels—from elementary education to higher and graduate studies.
He said the local government would sustain initiatives that expand opportunities and ensure accessible, quality education for current students and future professionals.
From elementary to college, and even for those who have graduated, we will ensure that the support of the city government will not be lost and that effective programs will continue to provide broader opportunities for all of you),” he said.
