BATANGAS CITY – Police Col. Marlon Rufo is the new Batangas Police Provincial Office director.
Rufo replaced Police Col. Geovanny Emerick Sibalo.
The turnover ceremony at the Batangas PPO headquarters was presided over by Police Brig. Gen. Melvin Napiloy, Police Regional Office 4-A deputy regional director for administration, representing PRO 4-A chief Police Brig. Gen. Paul Kenneth Lucas.
Rufo received a warm welcome from PRO 4-A personnel during the event graced by Gov. Vilma Santos-Recto, guest of honor, represented by Arcadio Ronquillo Jr., Provincial Public Order and Safety Department head.
Recto extended her full support to Rufo and thanked Sibalo for his contributions to peace and order in the province during his tenure.
