Three men were nabbed by the Manila Police District (MPD) for posing as Manila Traffic Parking Bureau (MTPB) parking attendants along Adriatico and P. Ocampo Streets in Malate, Manila, on Monday, Feb. 2.
The suspects were identified as "Roy," 23, "Dani," 37, and "Renz," 22, who are all residents of Malate.
Based on the police report, the MPD's Special Mayors Reaction Team (SMaRT) conducted a surveillance operation against the three who reportedly use unauthorized MTPB uniforms to extort money from motorists in the area.
